Terms & Conditions

All work and services we undertake are subject to these terms and conditions. They are deemed to have been accepted by you either if you accept our quotation or if you have visited our website.

Any quotation from us is conditional upon the job being as you described to us. If we subsequently discover that the job is not as you have described and will require larger costs to us than the information provided by you had indicated, we will adjust the quotation accordingly.

If you require us to enter and remove objects from a property (the “Property”) you warrant to us and keep us fully indemnified against loss or damage or liability howsoever arising from any and all breaches of such warranty that: –

You are lawfully entitled to allow us to access the Property

If you post keys or vice versa we will not be held responsible should the keys be lost in the post.

The Property is safe for us and our subcontractors to enter and to carry out our normal work in.

Items requiring specialised disposal would be quoted separately and would not be included within a general estimate. Specialised disposal items include: fridges, freezers, car batteries, pianos, mattresses, larger electrical equipment, large quantities of PC equipment/monitors and any other item considered hazardous.

If our team have to return to the same property on another day to complete the clearance then this will be charged the same as the initial visit.

We will clear the whole property on your behalf, however if you require the property to be cleared quickly and we are on a tight deadline, we may have to employ the services of a third party trusted provider to ensure the property is cleared within your deadline and reserve the right to bill accordingly. We will also add the costs of hotels, food, fuel and any other expenses incurred due to requested deadlines.

The client is responsible for advising us if there are any known circumstances which may hinder our crew during the clearance or in any other way adversely affect the timely completion of the work.

If our staff accidentally cause damage to the property, we will happily assist in rectifying any problems caused. We will require photographic evidence of any damage as well as any remedial works upon completion. We will also require three independent quotes from accredited trade persons or companies on headed paper and copies of all receipts and paper work.

All invoices must be settled on the day of completion of your clearance. If the clearance runs into a second date, payment will still be taken at the end of each day completed. Payment methods accepted are debit card and pre agreed bank transfer. (Please note we are unable to accept credit card or cheque payments.)

All waste from the property is your property and responsibility until our invoice has been paid. We reserve the right to off load your waste back at the property if our invoice is not paid.
