I’m in Kelso and have been going through some old family jewellery. I’ve found an 18 carat gold bracelet, a 9 carat sapphire ring, a few broken gold chains, an antique diamond three stone ring, and a silver vinaigrette.
Can anyone recommend a reliable local place to sell gold and antique diamonds? I’d like somewhere straightforward for jewellery & silver for cash without going through an auction.

I’m from Selkirk and recently cleared out my mum’s jewellery box. I thought about auctioning a gold pocket watch and some Victorian silver trinkets, but auctions are no good due to long waits and high commission fees, better off using Northern Bullion. Much simpler going directly.
